Refund & Exchange Policy

At GlowMee, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us. We check every candle and accessory carefully before shipping, but if there's any issue with your order, we'll help you out.

 When You Can Request a Refund or Exchange

You may request a refund or exchange if: 

  • The items is damaged or broken on arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • An item is missing from your order.

Note: Slight differences in color, fragrance, size are normal and not considered defects.

How to Request

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging
  3. Once approved, we will either arrange a replacement or process your refund
  4. For returns, we will arrange pickup (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
  • Shipping fees are refundable only if the mistake is on our side
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account
  • If it’s still not reflected, contact us at support@glowmee.com or +91-XXXXXXXXXX

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Exchanges are made for the same item you originally ordered

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund
  • Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded

Important

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging
  • Customized/personalized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless damaged
