2. Products

  • All GlowMee candles are handmade with love using high-quality wax, fragrance oils, and wicks.

  • Since our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, shape, or fragrance strength may occur.

  • Product images shown are for representation purposes only.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our official website/social media handles/WhatsApp (as applicable).

  • Full payment must be made at the time of order (Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas).

  • GlowMee reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier service.

  • GlowMee is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, holidays, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

  • Due to the fragile and perishable nature of candles, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please share photos/videos with us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Candle Safety & Customer Responsibility

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles away from flammable items, children, and pets.

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use for best results.

  • GlowMee is not responsible for any damage or accident caused by misuse or negligence in handling candles.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, and content are the property of GlowMee.

  • Copying, reproducing, or using them without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • GlowMee shall not be held liable for indirect or accidental damages caused by the use of candles.

  • Customers are responsible for following the provided candle care and safety instructions.
